Tasks
- Unterstützung bei der Betreuung und Pflege von Kindern und Jugendlichen in verschiedenen Einrichtungen wie Kindergarten, Hort oder Krippe
- Supporting children and young people in everyday activities and promotional measures
- Help with organizing leisure activities
- Support in creating and documenting individual support plans
- Kommunikation mit Eltern, Kollegen und anderen unterstützenden Institutionen
requirements
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Sozialassistent (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (z.B. Kinderpfleger (m/w/d)
- Einfühlungsvermögen und Sensibilität im Umgang mit Kindern im Alter von 1 – 12 Jahren
- Team-oriented approach to work and high resilience
- Willingness to engage in further training and personal development
- Structured, independent, and responsible approach to work
