Tasks
- Unterstützung bei der Betreuung und Pflege von Kindern in verschiedenen sozialen Einrichtungen (Kita oder Hort) in Eschborn
- Begleitung von Kindern und Jugendlichen im Alter von 3 bis 12 Jahren bei alltäglichen Aktivitäten und fördernden Maßnahmen
- Help with organizing leisure activities
- Support in creating and documenting individual support plans
- Communication with parents, professionals, and other supporting institutions
requirements
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum staatlich anerkannten Sozialassistent (m/w/d) oder Kinderpfleger (m/w/d)
- Empathy and sensitivity when dealing with people, especially children and young people
- Team-oriented approach to work and high resilience
- Willingness to engage in further training and personal development
- Structured, independent, and responsible approach to work
