Tasks

Your tasks:

  • Organization and coordination: scheduling, travel organization and billing, organization of meetings and events
  • Office organization: handling correspondence (letters, e-mails), managing documents and data
  • Preparation and follow-up: creating presentations, statistics, minutes and collating information for decisions
  • Interface function: contact person for internal and external contacts as well as for employees
  • Project work: Support with complex projects and taking on other special tasks that vary according to competence and responsibility

requirements

Your profile:

  • You have completed vocational training in the commercial sector or have a degree in business.
  • You have already gained professional experience as an assistant to the management.
  • You are business fluent in German and English.
  • You have a driver's license and your own vehicle.
  • You are characterized by a confident and team-oriented way of working.
