Tasks
Your tasks:
- Organization and coordination: scheduling, travel organization and billing, organization of meetings and events
- Office organization: handling correspondence (letters, e-mails), managing documents and data
- Preparation and follow-up: creating presentations, statistics, minutes and collating information for decisions
- Interface function: contact person for internal and external contacts as well as for employees
- Project work: Support with complex projects and taking on other special tasks that vary according to competence and responsibility

Your profile:
- You have completed vocational training in the commercial sector or have a degree in business.
- You have already gained professional experience as an assistant to the management.
- You are business fluent in German and English.
- You have a driver's license and your own vehicle.
- You are characterized by a confident and team-oriented way of working.
