Tasks
- Operating and monitoring high-precision machines and systems in a cleanroom environment
- Production of high-quality lighting components according to production specifications
- Ensuring quality standards through continuous process control and documentation
- Participation in the optimization of production processes to increase efficiency and product quality
requirements
- Completed vocational training in a technical or skilled trade
- First experience in production is an advantage, but not a requirement
- High degree of team spirit, commitment and reliability
- Willingness to work in shifts (e.g. early/late/night shift)
- Technical interest and the motivation to familiarize yourself with new tasks and processes
