Tasks

• You will be responsible for telephone support and handling all incoming inquiries, always with a solution-oriented approach.
• In technical customer support, you provide expert advice and help to resolve problems quickly.
• You analyze technical challenges and develop efficient solutions to ensure smooth operations.
• The management of orders in the ticket system is in your hands to ensure prompt processing and tracking.

requirements

• Completed commercial or technical training or comparable qualification
• Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst, technischen Support oder in einer vergleichbaren Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Kunde und Technik
• Technisches Grundverständnis sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich aufzubereiten
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP- oder CRM-Systemen sowie sicheren MS Office-Kenntnissen
• Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Serviceorientierung
