Tasks

• Planning, organization, and monitoring of national and international shipments
• Preparation of shipping documents and customs paperwork
• Negotiations with service providers and freight forwarders
• Coordination and optimization of delivery routes and processes
• Processing customer inquiries and complaints

requirements

• Completed training as a freight forwarding agent (m/f/d), transport service agent (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in freight forwarding and logistics is an advantage
• Knowledge of transport and supply chain planning and organization
• Confident use of MS Office and ideally freight forwarding software
• Good communication skills and organizational talent
