Tasks

  • General office organization, including handling mail and emails
  • Telephone and written correspondence with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
  • Preparation of quotations, invoices, and other administrative documents
  • Scheduling and coordination, as well as preparation of meetings
  • Maintenance and administration of databases and files, as well as support in the organization of projects
  • Initially intended as a temporary replacement for someone on sick leave for approximately 6 weeks in the HR department, but with the possibility of becoming a long-term position if you prove yourself. 

requirements

  • Completed commercial training, ideally as an office administrator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and good organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, service-oriented personality
  • Independent, structured and reliable way of working
  • Ability to work in a team and flexibility in a dynamic work environment
