Tasks

• Organisation und Abwicklung von Warenein- und -ausgängen
• Planung und Koordination von Transporten sowie Abstimmung mit Speditionen
• Erstellung und Prüfung von Frachtpapieren und Versanddokumenten
• Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Klärfällen
• Durchführung der Rechnungskontrolle im System
• Verwaltung und Abstimmung von Lademitteln
• Pflege von Stamm- und Bewegungsdaten im Warenwirtschaftssystem
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Lager, Einkauf und Vertrieb

requirements

• Completed commercial training, ideally as a forwarding and logistics services clerk
• Erfahrung in der operativen Logistik oder Speditionsabwicklung
• Confident use of ERP systems and MS Office
• Structured, independent and careful way of working
• Organisationsstärke und Problemlösungskompetenz
• Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
