Tasks

• Creating and editing documents, including special shipping documents and customs forms,
• Compliance with current customs regulations
• Organization of transport and order processing
• Administrative office tasks and checking freight invoices
• Create Intrastat declarations

requirements

• You have completed commercial training, ideally as a freight forwarding agent.
• You have in-depth knowledge of customs clearance.
• Your independent and meticulous approach to work, combined with your ability to work well in a team, makes you a valuable team member.
• With good written and spoken German and English skills, you communicate confidently and effectively.
• Confident use of MS Office is a matter of course for you.
