We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d) for one of our clients as soon as possible. 

This is a full-time position based in Erlensee.

Tasks

• General administrative tasks
• Customer Service and Order Processing by Phone
• In-Store Customer Service and Sales
• Creation and tracking of offers
• Support for Specific Logistics Processes
• Master data maintenance
• Handling of Complaints and Shipping Damage
• Responding to inquiries from retailers and private customers via email, phone, and in person 

requirements

• Completed commercial training 
• Experience in internal sales 
• Good knowledge of MS-Office 
• Strong communication skills and a high level of customer focus
• Committed appearance and structured way of working 
• Friendly toward dogs
• hands-on approach
