Tasks

• 22.28 euros per hour (gross) as a starting salary
• Setup and Operation of Fully Automated Assembly Lines 
• Maintenance and Repair
• Troubleshooting
• Conducting Functional Tests
• Preparation of error logs and documentation
• Quality Control / Quality Assurance
• Ensuring an optimal production process
• Adjustment and Readjustment of Electronic Assembly Aids

requirements

• Completed vocational training (e.g., as a plant mechanic, industrial mechanic,
  automotive mechanic/mechatronics technician, precision mechanic, or comparable
  qualification)
• Solid experience in production, metal components, and assembly lines
• Excellent technical understanding, including an understanding of the interrelationships within a
  production workflow
• Proficiency in spoken and written German  
• Teamwork and communication skills, flexibility, as well as a strong commitment to performance and
  customer focus
• A strong commitment to quality and a meticulous approach to work 
• Shift work (early / late / night)
• Availability for all shift schedules
• Willingness to work special shifts, including on weekends and holidays if necessary
