Tasks

• Disciplinary and Professional Management of Industrial Employees
• Implementation of an efficient capacity and workforce management system 
• Ensuring high productivity and ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and cost targets
• Preparing Quotes and Business Development Activities 
• Conducting Acceptance Tests 
• Assisting with cleaning during production in the manufacturing areas 
• Ensuring complete documentation of services and work performed
• Ensuring Order and Safety 

requirements

• Completed technical training, training in the building cleaning trade, or a similar qualification 
• Several years of professional experience in industrial cleaning 
• Physical Fitness and Medical Fitness for Work Involving the Use of Respiratory Protection
• Class B driver's license is mandatory 
• Confident handling of the common MS Office applications
• Very good written and spoken German 
• Strong customer and service orientation
