Tasks
- Human Resources Administration: Maintaining and updating personnel files, including the management of contract documents, references, and certificates.
- Payroll: Preparation and review of payroll statements, including the calculation of overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
- Recruitment: Assistance with drafting job postings, reviewing applications, and coordinating interviews.
- Work Time Management: Monitoring and managing employee work hours, including tracking absences and scheduling vacation time.
- Employee Support: A point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions and concerns.

- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in human resources
- In-depth knowledge of human resources administration and employee support
- Proficiency in commonly used HR software systems; knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Strong communication skills and team orientation
