On behalf of our client, a renowned construction company, we are seeking, through direct placement, a Construction Manager (m/f/d) specializing in Building Services Engineering / HVAC / Utility Systems to start as soon as possible, with travel throughout Germany.

Tasks
- Qualified construction management for all building services trades in new construction, alterations, or renovations in accordance with HOAI service levels (6–9)
- Overseeing implementation and leading interdisciplinary coordination, as well as ensuring quality, safety, deadlines, and costs in a goal-oriented manner.
- Proper Tendering and Awarding of Subcontractor Services
- Review of Construction and Installation Plans
- Point of contact for customers, partner offices, and teammates
- Separate Billing for Construction Services
- Final inspection upon completion of construction work
requirements
- Willingness to travel throughout Germany
- Successful completion of training in the HVAC field as a technician or master technician, or completion of a degree program in the fields of building services engineering or utility engineering
- Several years of professional experience in construction management, preferably on projects in industrial and/or commercial construction and/or large-scale residential construction projects
- Expertise in building electrical engineering or a willingness to acquire this knowledge through team collaboration and training.
- Knowledge of the sub-areas of cost estimation, construction planning, and construction execution; ideally, knowledge of the VOB.
- Open and motivating communication skills, along with assertiveness and the ability to work well with others
- An independent and structured approach to work, as well as a high level of commitment
- Proficiency in MS Office and specialized software such as AVA (e.g., ORCA) and CAD programs (AutoCAD, MEP, or Revit)
- Business-level proficiency in German and good written and spoken English skills
- Class B Driver's License
