Tasks

• Ensuring the technical availability and operational reliability of the entire material handling system, the automated small-parts warehouse (AKL), and the associated picking areas
• Performing maintenance, inspection, and repair work on mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
• Analysis and troubleshooting of operational issues to minimize downtime
• Support for system commissioning, modifications, and optimization
• Recording of malfunctions, repairs, and maintenance work in the maintenance system
• Collaboration with internal departments (e.g., Logistics, IT) as well as external service providers and equipment manufacturers

requirements

• Completed technical vocational training, e.g., as a mechatronics technician, electronics technician for industrial systems, industrial mechanic, or equivalent
• Experience in the maintenance of conveyor systems, automated logistics systems, or an automated small-parts warehouse is a plus
• Strong knowledge of mechanics, electrical engineering, and pneumatics; basic knowledge of PLCs (e.g., Siemens S7) is desirable
• Willingness to work shifts and, if necessary, be on call
• Analytical and structured approach to work, as well as strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work as part of a team, reliability, and a strong safety mindset
• Basic computer skills (e.g., maintenance software, MS Office)
