Process Technician (m/f/d) in Metalworking

Job description

On behalf of our client, one of the global market leaders in the chemical industry, we are seeking process and/or industrial mechanics (m/f/d) or individuals with comparable training to start as soon as possible at the Hanau site, working in a 3-shift rotation.

Tasks

• Rolling, straightening, annealing, cutting, and inspecting films and strip materials
• Visual inspection, including the evaluation and marking of defective areas on foils or roll-clad strip surfaces
• Operation of Complex Conveyor Systems
• Documentation of process data in manufacturing, as well as the associated inspection steps
• Reporting Work Progress in SAP

requirements

• Successfully completed training as a process or industrial mechanic or in a comparable occupation
• Several years (at least 3 years) of professional experience in metal forming
• Technical expertise in working with complex systems
• Flexibility, the ability to work independently and responsibly, and the ability to work well in a team
• Willingness to work 3 shifts; currently still working 2 shifts
• General computer skills, as well as proficiency in using MS Office (Excel and Word) and SAP tools
• Upon enrollment: A clean Schufa record and PFZ are required
