We are currently seeking Building Services Service Technicians (m/f/d) in the HVAC field for a well-known client operating throughout Germany in the building and facility engineering sector.

Tasks

• Maintenance, inspection, and repair of technical systems and equipment in the HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) sector
• Preparing maintenance and inspection documentation, as well as reporting, processing, and documenting identified defects and malfunctions
• Operating and maintaining the technical systems and equipment in the buildings, as well as commissioning systems
• Assembly and installation work for new construction and renovations, as well as minor repairs

requirements

• Completed vocational training as a HVAC technician, heating and ventilation installer, gas and water plumber, or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing)
• Experience in maintenance and repair in building systems, facility management, or technical services
• Class B driver's license
• Willingness to work on-call and emergency shifts
