Tasks

• Installation and Configuration of Servers and Network Devices
• Processing User Requests
• Monitoring and Maintenance of IT Systems
• Market Research and Feasibility Studies for New Software and Hardware Products
• Troubleshooting and Support for Hardware and Software Issues
• Implementation and Management of Security Protocols
• Performing regular backups and data recovery

requirements

• In-depth knowledge of network administration and security
• Experience with Windows client operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Services (Exchange, Active Directory, O365); knowledge of Linux is a plus (RHEL)
• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
• Good written and spoken English skills
