Our client in the chemical industry, based in Seelze, is seeking an experienced Demand & Asset Planner / Materials Coordinator (m/f/d) for a temporary staffing assignment.
In this role, you will play a key role in materials and production planning and ensure that the necessary raw materials and supplies are available in the right quantities at the right time. You will work closely with Purchasing, Production, Customer Service, Operations, and other internal teams.
The focus is on materials planning, inventory optimization, SAP-based planning, and the early identification and communication of delivery and capacity risks.

Tasks
- Position as Demand & Asset Planner / Materials Coordinator (m/f/d) at our client in the chemical industry in Seelze
- Materials Planning and Demand Planning, Taking Into Account Inventory, Orders, Production Scheduling, and Reorder Lead Times
- Planning and control using SAP ECC / PP / MM, as well as maintenance of material and control data
- Monitoring and optimizing inventory levels, as well as early detection of delivery and capacity risks
- Close collaboration with Purchasing, Production, Customer Service, and Operations at the Seelze location
requirements
- Completed business training, e.g., industrial clerk, or a comparable qualification
- At least 2 years of professional experience in materials planning, scheduling, procurement, or supply chain management
- Proficiency in SAP PP/MM and MS Office, particularly Excel
- Strong business management skills and, ideally, experience with production planning tools
- Excellent English skills, a structured approach to work, and strong communication skills
