We are seeking an HR Payroll Specialist / Administrator (m/f/d) for our client in Ludwigsburg as part of a direct placement.
(Annual gross salary of up to €60,000—depending on qualifications and experience)

Tasks
- Conducting payroll processing and time management in accordance with tax, social security, labor, and individual employment contract laws
- Responsibility for Reporting and Certification
- Social Security Law Assessment of Payroll-Related Issues and Special Cases
- Handling of additional matters such as partial retirement, reduced work hours, and secondments
- Cooperation and Correspondence with Social Security Agencies, the Tax Office, and the Federal Employment Agency
- Preparation and implementation of human resources initiatives, as well as handling all HR administrative processes from hire to termination
- Preparing reports and statistics using SAP HCM and Excel. Participating in HR projects related to digitalization
requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training
- Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting and time tracking
- In-depth expertise in income tax and social security law
- Knowledge of collective bargaining law; experience in the metal and electrical industries is desirable
- Proficiency in SAP HCM and Microsoft Office
- A strong sense of responsibility and a highly structured and independent approach to work
- Communication and teamwork skills, as well as reliability
- Good knowledge of German and English
