Tasks

• Independently prepare competitive and cost-effective bid estimates in the field of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and plumbing (HVAC/P).
• Careful review and technical evaluation of bidding documents, statements of work, and bids submitted by suppliers and subcontractors.
• Actively develop, monitor, and support the services in close coordination with branch management and project managers.
• Conducting cost analysis evaluations and ensuring a smooth handoff to the project management team responsible for execution.

requirements

• Successfully completed technical or business vocational training (e.g., as a HVAC technician, technician, or master craftsman) or a comparable qualification as a cost estimator.
• Substantial practical experience as a technical clerk, construction estimator, technical estimator, or in the field of bid preparation—ideally in the area of building services engineering (TGA / SHK).
• Solid business knowledge combined with a technical understanding of building services systems.
• Proficiency in using common industry software and MS Office applications.
• Analytical thinking, strong negotiation skills, the ability to work well in a team, and a goal-oriented approach round out your profile.
