Job description

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d) for a well-known client in Wutha-Farnroda to start as soon as possible through direct placement.

Tasks

• Order processing for domestic and international orders
• Creating, Tracking, and Maintaining Quotes
• Organization of deliveries, shipping, and returns and complaints management
• Maintenance of master data in the merchandise management system
• Support with inventory counts, year-end closing tasks, and the day-to-day operations of management and the sales team

requirements

• A successfully completed business apprenticeship and several years of professional experience
• Experience working with retail chains and retailers, including negotiations on terms and conditions and annual reviews, is a plus
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to persuade in challenging client meetings
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems, as well as a strong aptitude for numbers and a structured approach to work
• A team player with strong communication skills, a strong customer focus, the ability to work under pressure, and fluency in German and English
