Production employee (m/f/d)

Job description

We are looking for dedicated full-time production workers (m/f/d) for our client in Ludwigsfelde. You will work on a continuous shift schedule. Basic knowledge of German or Polish is required for this position. You should be able to understand simple instructions, count to 20, distinguish between right and left, and identify and report major defects in the parts. Good English skills may also be considered upon discussion. Your reliability, ability to work well in a team, and willingness to perform physical labor are key to success in this position.

Tasks

• Operation and monitoring of production facilities
• Preparation and Provision of Parts and Materials
• Removal and, if necessary, packaging of the finished parts
• Conducting simple quality controls and visual inspections
• Detecting and Reporting Malfunctions and Errors in the Production Process
• Compliance with quality and safety regulations
• General Support in the Production Department

requirements

• Previous experience in production is a plus, but career changers are also welcome
• Basic knowledge of German or Polish
• Good physical stamina and a willingness to perform physical work
• Willingness to work the Konti shift schedule
• Reliable, careful and independent way of working
• Ability to work in a team and sense of responsibility
• Willingness to wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE)
