Job description

We are currently seeking several candidates for our client in the fields of food technology, baking, pastry making, confectionery technology, and dairy technology (m/f/d) in the food manufacturing sector. This position is to be filled through a temporary staffing arrangement. The assignment is planned for the long term, with the possibility of permanent employment.

• Location: Mettingen
• Work Schedule: Full-time, 5-day workweek from Monday through Friday
• Hourly wage: from 17.80 EUR to 22.50 EUR, depending on experience and qualifications, plus collective bargaining-based allowances

Tasks

• ✅ In-house production of doughs, mixtures, and semi-finished products
• ✅ Cleaning, setting up, loading, and operating machines as well as tank and mixing systems for the production of batches
• ✅ Active support in fulfilling production orders
• ✅ Compliance with the specified formulation parameters regarding safety and quality
• ✅ Active communication with the line supervisor regarding quality issues, major technical malfunctions, and bottlenecks
• ✅ Conducting CCP inspections after receiving training in the work area

requirements

• ✅ Completed vocational training in the food industry (e.g., food technology specialist, baker, pastry chef)
• ✅ A solid understanding of food technology and mechanical engineering, as well as basic knowledge of TPM
• ✅ Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule
• ✅ Driver's license and car to get to work
• ✅ Good knowledge of German
