Tasks

• Processing Goods Receipts and Goods Issues
• Checking delivery and shipping documents for completeness and accuracy
• Data Entry and Reconciliation in the SAP Enterprise Resource Planning System
• Coordination and Processing of Freight Forwarders and Drivers
• Monitoring time windows and coordinating with internal departments
• Processing and Documenting Complaints
• Monitoring and Documentation of Cargo Securing and Shipping Procedures

requirements

• Completed training in logistics, warehouse logistics, freight forwarding, or a comparable qualification
• Experience with SAP or another inventory management system is a plus
• Previous work experience in receiving, shipping, or distribution is preferred
• Structured and independent way of working
• Forklift license an advantage
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
• Good written and spoken German
