Tasks

• Receipt, scheduling, and monitoring of bookings for intermodal shipments by truck, rail, or inland waterway to and from Germany
• Verification of Invoices Received from Service Providers
• Solution-oriented, proactive processing of information for all stakeholders along the supply chain
• Communication with customers and service providers
• Master Data and System Maintenance, Handling of Complaints

requirements

• Completed business training, preferably as a freight forwarding or shipping clerk (m/f/d)
• Fluent in spoken and written German and English
• Deep understanding of customers
• Independent, proactive work style
