Tasks

• Maintenance, Inspection, and Repair of Automated Production Systems
• Fault Analysis and Troubleshooting (Root Cause Analysis) During the Ongoing Production Process
• Organization and further development of preventive maintenance; active involvement in the continuous improvement process (CIP) and Lean Maintenance
• Spare Parts Management and Equipment Documentation Using Maintenance Software
• After completing training, take on planning tasks and serve as a deputy (primarily during the day shift)

requirements

• Successfully completed training as a mechatronics technician (m/f/d), electronics technician (m/f/d) specializing in industrial engineering, industrial foreman (m/f/d) in mechatronics, or a comparable technical qualification
• At least 5 years of professional experience as a maintenance technician (m/f/d) in industrial maintenance, ideally in manufacturing companies
• In-depth knowledge of automated production systems; practical experience with AutoCAD or maintenance software is a plus
• Willingness to work three shifts during the training period at the Blankenhain site is required
• Following successful onboarding, there is potential for career advancement to a position primarily focused on day shifts that includes deputy responsibilities
