Job description

We are currently seeking a chemical technician (m/f/d) for our client, a global market leader in the chemical industry, to work at the Hanau location.

Tasks

• Production of Precious Metal Powders / Thick-Film Pastes According to Manufacturing Specifications
• Operation, maintenance, and cleaning of chemical reaction systems, three-roll mills, and other production machinery
• Sampling of finished products and documentation of manufacturing processes
• Cross-training opportunities in glass powder and paste production
• Active participation in the continuous improvement of processes
• Cleaning and Maintenance of Filling and Production Equipment
• Data Entry in the SAP Weighing System

requirements

• Successful completion of vocational training as a chemical technician or comparable industrial/technical training
• Ideally first professional experience in production
• Basic knowledge of the SAP system and the English language
• Very good knowledge of German
• Communication skills, teamwork, and flexibility
• Familiar with the handling of precious metals and hazardous chemicals, as well as with the work instructions
• A clean and precise approach to work
• Willingness to work two shifts (currently working day shifts)
