Tasks

• Development of a comprehensive material flow concept within the production areas and adjacent departments such as Quality Assurance, Receiving, and Shipping
• Taking into account the existing structural conditions
• Creation and management of the plant layout (overall and detailed planning), as well as continuous optimization through the systematic analysis of supplier documentation
• Definition and Placement of Safety Devices 
• Conceptualization and Design of Operational Equipment
• Preparation of foundation, utility, and paving plans
• Preliminary planning for offices, break rooms, and foremen's offices in the hall in compliance with the ASR (Technical Rules for Workplaces)
• Detailed Designs of Simple Safety Devices 
• idF: Comprehensive Restructuring of Subscription Management
• Creating and maintaining onboarding resources and contact lists for new employees
• Software: AutoCAD 2020, VisTable as the primary editing tool, Office, Inventor for 3D design

requirements

• Completed technical training, e.g., technical draftsman, architectural draftsman, industrial mechanic/mechatronics technician with additional training in factory planning
• Several years of experience in layout, factory, or plant planning is desirable
• Continuing Education in Factory Planning
• Experience handling supplier documentation and work-in-progress status reports
