For our renowned client, we are seeking dedicated and qualified individuals to serve asshift supervisors (m/f/d) in logistics at our Wolfsburg Hattorf location.
In this position of responsibility, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth logistics operations and contribute to the optimization of logistics processes.
We offer an hourly wage starting at €20.57.

Tasks
- Assigning Employees and Monitoring the Distribution of Tasks
- Orientation, Instruction, and Training of Employees
- Conducting employee meetings (including performance reviews, discussions addressing criticism, and conflict resolution meetings)
- The customer's point of contact in the event of process disruptions
- Preparing and Conducting Pre-Shift Meetings
- Monitoring and Implementation of the 5S Processes
- Planning and Monitoring Staff Attendance
- Maintains the shift log and shift report, documents other important events, and ensures a proper shift handoff
- Collaboration with the Safety Officer regarding planned UVV inspections of vehicles (forklifts, tow trucks, trailers)
requirements
- Completed vocational training or several years of experience in warehouse management
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar field, including managing staff
- Experience in warehouse management and a forklift operator's license
- VW Industrial Truck Operator Certificate (can be obtained through us)
- Strong knowledge of VW systems / inventory management systems
- Strong knowledge of goods receipt and goods issuance procedures
- Knowledge of logistics and organization
- Good computer skills (preferably MS Office)
- Enjoyment of working independently, reliability, as well as the ability to handle pressure and flexibility
- Written and spoken German (at least B2+)
