CNC Set-up Technician (m/f/d)

Job description

We are looking for a dedicated CNC set-up technician (m/f/d) for our client in the Straufhain area. As part of a dynamic team, you will play a key role in the manufacture of high-quality products.

Tasks

• Setting up CNC lathes independently and on one's own initiative
• Individual programming of each machine
• Optimizing Programs
• Select tools and fixtures and switch them as needed
• Setting up the machines and monitoring the quality of the manufactured parts
• Independently performing measurement corrections and program changes 

requirements

• Completed vocational training as a machinist (m/f/d) or similar
• Knowledge of Siemens and Fanuc control systems is preferred
• Proficiency in operating CNC machines
• Willingness to work shifts
• Work experience in metalworking and setting up CNC machines is a plus
