Tasks

• Support and counseling for employees and managers on human resources issues
• Recruiting Support—From Job Posting to Hiring
• Drafting of employment contracts, certificates, and references
• Maintenance and Management of Employee Master Data
• Collaboration on HR projects and employee development
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Collaboration with Internal and External Contacts

requirements

• A successfully completed business apprenticeship with a focus on human resources, or a comparable degree program
• One or more years of experience in human resources
• In-depth knowledge of labor law
• Independent and structured way of working
• Communication skills, trustworthiness, and a confident demeanor
