Tasks
- You are responsible for leading a telesales team consisting of approximately 15 employees
- Professional guidance and coaching for employees
- Conducting team meetings and performance reviews
- Enforcement of Agreed-Upon Project Parameters
- Monitoring results at the employee level; reporting to the appropriate project manager
