Tasks

• Providing support to a specific group of employees in all HR-related matters (recruitment, development, administration, and termination)
• Advice and support for executives on labor law and other relevant issues
• Recruitment of qualified professionals, support staff, and temporary workers, including contract drafting, negotiation, and execution
• Handling various HR matters related to labor law, such as unfair dismissal claims, company agreements, etc.
• Taking on additional HR projects, such as recruitment marketing or employee development 

requirements

• A successfully completed business apprenticeship or another comparable qualification, along with relevant professional experience in human resources and an additional HR qualification (e.g., Human Resources Specialist)
• Several years of professional experience in the field of human resources management
• In-depth and up-to-date knowledge of labor law
• Strong communication skills in German and English
• High level of trustworthiness and a strong focus on customers and service
