Tasks

• On-time scheduling and delivery to customers and module centers based on customer call-offs
• Coordinating and aligning demand, delivery dates, and bottleneck situations with production, logistics, customers, and suppliers
• Monitoring inventory levels, lead times, and material availability throughout the supply chain
• Ensuring delivery performance and initiating and tracking corrective actions in the event of deviations
• Maintenance and monitoring of data relevant to scheduling in SAP and customer portals
• Preparation of shipping, transportation, and customer documents (e.g., freight documents, VDA labels)
• Management of consignment inventories, as well as support for inventory counts, analyses, and reporting
• Participation in optimization projects and continuous improvement initiatives 

requirements

• Completed commercial or technical training
• Work experience in scheduling, logistics, or supply chain management, ideally in the automotive industry
• Knowledge of SAP (SD/O2C, EWM) and proficiency with MS Office
• Experience with JIT/JIS or sequential processes is a plus
• A structured and analytical approach to work; strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle high pressure and a solution-oriented approach
• Very good German and good English skills
