Job description

On behalf of our client in Mannheim—a medium-sized, forward-thinking company—we are seeking a dedicated gardener foreman (m/f/d) for landscape maintenance as part of a temporary staffing arrangement.

Tasks

• Common landscaping tasks in public or commercial green spaces
• Implementation of Specifications
• Together with the project management team, you schedule your staff and equipment for daily operations
• You will lead your own team of about 3–4 employees (and in the future, you will also serve as the liaison between the team and project management)
• Make your own decisions within your scope and respond to unforeseen events accordingly
• Recording Services and Communication via Smartphone and Tablet
• In collaboration with the project management team, you will offer the client additional services

requirements

• Completed training as a gardener (m/f/d) or several years of professional experience in the field of landscaping
• Confident in operating common equipment and machinery used in landscape maintenance
• Class B driver's license, ideally Class BE
• German spoken and written
