Tasks

• Metrological evaluation of sample testing and production measurements in accordance with customer requirements and VDA/AIAG-PPAP
• Creation, maintenance, and optimization of measurement programs (e.g., comprehensive measurement, production and capability measurements)
• Assistance with drawing reviews, coordinating measurement strategies with customers, and EMPB documentation
• Conducting capability assessments and root cause analyses
• Support for Quality Assurance and Production
• Participation in FMEA and improvement projects

requirements

• Completed training in the metal sector or comparable qualification
• Work experience in measurement technology / quality assurance
• Knowledge of relevant standards (e.g., IATF 16949, VDA / AIAG)
• Training as a metrology technician or AUKOM certification is preferred
• Excellent knowledge of PC-DMIS and measurement uncertainty
• Good written and spoken German
