On behalf of a renowned client in the Eschborn am Taunus region, we are looking for you as an educational specialist (m/f/d) on a full-time or part-time basis.

Tasks
- Planning and implementing educational programs for children and youth ages 0 to 12
- Promoting the individual development of those in care in social, emotional, and cognitive areas
- Supervision of group activities and leisure time activities
- Collaboration with parents and other professionals to support developmental processes
- Documentation of development progress and regular participation in team meetings
requirements
- Completed training as a state-certified early childhood educator (m/f/d) or a completed degree in an educational field (pedagogy, educational sciences, social work)
- Experience working with children and young people is an advantage
- Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a team as well as an independent and structured way of working
- Creativity and flexibility in dealing with different needs and situations
