State-certified educator (m/f/d)

Job description

On behalf of our client in the Bad Homburg area, we are looking for you— a state-certified early childhood educator (m/f/d) —to work full-time or part-time.

Tasks

• Planning, conducting, and supervising educational activities for children and adolescents ages 1 to 12
• Promoting the individual development of children and adolescents in social, emotional, and cognitive areas
• Support for the integration of children with special needs or from immigrant backgrounds
• Collaboration with parents, colleagues, and other professionals to promote the well-being of children
• Documentation of development processes and regular reflection within the team

requirements

• Completed training as a state-certified early childhood educator (m/f/d) or a bachelor’s degree in education
• Experience working with children and young people, ideally in an educational setting (daycare center, nursery, or after-school care center)
• Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills when dealing with children and parents
• Creativity and flexibility in the design of learning and leisure activities
• Ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility, and ability to work independently
