Tasks

• Quotation and Order Processing
• Assisting and supporting customers with inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, and complaints
• Processing internal and external correspondence in German and English
• Close collaboration with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and other departments to find solutions
• Maintaining and processing customer and order data in SAP SD and Salesforce

requirements

• Completed commercial training
• Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
• In-depth knowledge of SAP SD and Salesforce
• A structured, independent, and service-oriented approach to work
• Ability to work well with others and strong communication skills
