Tasks

• Handling of Incoming and Outgoing Truck Shipments
• Preparation and review of freight, shipping, hazardous materials, and customs documents
• Collection and Monitoring of Driver, Vehicle, and Transportation Data
• Ensuring compliance with legal and internal security regulations
• Point of contact for drivers, transportation management, loading operations, and transportation service providers

requirements

• Completed training in freight forwarding, transportation, or logistics, or a comparable business qualification
• Ideally, professional experience in freight forwarding, transportation, or logistics
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Structured, independent and careful way of working
• Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, and a customer-oriented approach
