Tasks
- Ensuring that all relevant network processes are billed accurately and on time
- Control and Monitoring of Payment, Prepayment, and Down Payment Processes
- Ensuring an efficient accounts receivable and collections process
- Handling and Support in Cases of Insolvency and Default
- Monitoring and Assessment of Market Counterparties and Credit Risks
- Creation and refinement of reports, analyses, and projections
- Conducting validity checks and resolving discrepancies
- Optimization, Automation, and Further Development of Billing and Financial Processes
- Review and implementation of necessary system adjustments
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Design and Modeling of New Processes and Mass Production Processes
- Taking on and contributing to interdisciplinary projects and special assignments
- Liaison role with relevant internal and external partners
- Management and Coordination of the Municipal Discount
requirements
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, business information systems, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in network billing / accounts receivable management
- A good understanding of the relevant legal and regulatory requirements
- In-depth knowledge of SAP
- Strong analytical skills and a knack for numbers
- Strong conceptual skills and a structured approach to work
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Initiative and a strong sense of responsibility
- Previous leadership experience is a plus
