Job description

On behalf of our client in the Hofheim am Taunus area, we are looking for you—a state-certifiedearly childhood educator ( ) (m/f/d) —to work full-time or part-time.

Tasks

• Planning, conducting, and supervising educational activities for children and adolescents ages 3 to 12 at daycare centers (Kita, Hort) in Hofheim am Taunus
• Promoting children's individual development in social, emotional, and cognitive areas
• Support for the integration of children with special needs or from immigrant backgrounds
• Collaboration with parents, colleagues, and other professionals to promote the well-being of children
• Documentation of development processes and regular reflection within the team

requirements

• Completed training as a state-certified early childhood educator (m/f/d) or a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education—absolutely required!
• Experience working with children and adolescents, ideally in an educational setting such as a preschool, daycare center, or after-school program
• Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills when dealing with children and parents
• Creativity and flexibility in the design of learning and leisure activities
• Ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility, and ability to work independently
