CNC Specialist (m/f/d)

Job description

We are looking for you to work as a CNC Specialist (m/f/d) on a temporary assignment for a well-known client in Schweinfurt.

Tasks

Depending on the facility where you are assigned in Schweinfurt, your responsibilities will include, among other things:

•  Setting up, preparing, and operating CNC lathes and/or CNC milling machines
• Creating, Customizing, and Optimizing CNC Programs
• Performing tool changes and adjusting machine settings
• Manufacturing workpieces according to technical drawings
• Implement quality assurance measures, including dimensional and visual inspections using appropriate testing equipment

requirements

• Apprenticeship as a Machining Technician (m/f/d), Toolmaker (m/f/d), or Industrial Mechanic (m/f/d)
• Alternatively, professional experience as a CNC lathe operator (m/f/d) or CNC milling machine operator (m/f/d) and proficiency in operating CNC lathes and/or CNC milling machines
• Knowledge of a common CNC control system, such as Siemens, Heidenhain, or FANUC
• Knowledge of setup, tooling, tool changes, and the correction and optimization of CNC programs
• Accurately reading technical drawings and using measuring instruments for quality control
