requirements

• A completed degree in building services engineering or electrical engineering, or certification as a technician, master craftsman, or equivalent
• Relevant experience in high-level project management or similar projects
• In-depth knowledge of national regulations and technical standards
• Strong knowledge and experience in project management
• Experience in managing and overseeing internal and external service providers and subcontractors
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Independent, structured and responsible way of working
• Willingness to travel
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Project
