Tasks

• Leading, motivating, and supervising approximately 20 employees
• Ensuring production meets deadlines, quantity, and quality requirements, including workforce scheduling
• Fulfillment of daily KPIs in compliance with product- and quality-specific parameters
• Conducting employee reviews and performance evaluations; making decisions on and implementing individual personnel actions in collaboration with HR
• Recording and documenting technological processes during the shift

requirements

• Successful completion of an apprenticeship in the food industry or a comparable vocational program/field-specific degree program 
• Professional experience with leadership experience asa shift supervisor (m/f/d) in thefood industry within industrial manufacturing (at least 3 years)
• Confident handling of MS Office applications, SAP desirable
• Willingness to work shifts (3- and 4-shift systems), written and spoken German (C1)
• Own car recommended for reaching the workplace in Apolda
