Tasks

• Conducting material tests (e.g., hardness testing, microstructural analysis, dimensional inspection, damage analysis) in accordance with test plans or customer requirements on a three-shift schedule
• Documentation, Analysis, and Communication of Test Results
• Timely provision and evaluation of quality-related test results
• Early Detection and Reporting of Potential Material Issues
• Compliance with internal and external quality standards (e.g., IATF 16949, ISO 9001)

requirements

• Initial experience in the above-mentioned field (hardness testing, dimensional inspections, and simple microstructural and damage assessments in accordance with specifications—e.g., quality inspections in the automotive industry, etc.)
• Technical understanding and the ability to grasp concepts quickly (intensive training)
• Excellent written and spoken German
• Shift readiness
