On behalf of our client, an established plastics processing company, we are seeking a full-time Process Technician in Plastics and Rubber Technology or a Plastics Molding Technician (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Tasks
- Independently operating, setting up, and monitoring injection molding machines as well as the associated peripheral and handling systems
- Preparation and Execution of Setup Operations
- Setup, Programming, and Commissioning of Injection Molding Machines and Automation Equipment
- Prototyping and Optimization of New Tools
- Monitoring and ensuring process parameters during ongoing production
- Analysis and Resolution of Process Malfunctions and Molding Defects
- Quality control and documentation of the manufactured components
- Performing maintenance, repair, and cleaning tasks in accordance with specifications
- Ensuring a smooth production process
requirements
- Completed vocational training as a Process Technician in Plastics and Rubber Technology (m/f/d), a Plastics Molding Technician (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the field of injection molding
- Experience in setting up and operating injection molding machines
- Technical understanding and knowledge of process optimization
- A strong commitment to quality and exceptional problem-solving skills
- Independent and structured way of working
- Ability to work in a team, reliability and resilience
- Good written and spoken German
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Willingness to work a two-shift schedule (early and late shifts)
