On behalf of our client, an established plastics processing company, we are seeking a full-time Process Technician in Plastics and Rubber Technology or a Plastics Molding Technician (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Tasks

• Independently operating, setting up, and monitoring injection molding machines as well as the associated peripheral and handling systems
• Preparation and Execution of Setup Operations
• Setup, Programming, and Commissioning of Injection Molding Machines and Automation Equipment
• Prototyping and Optimization of New Tools
• Monitoring and ensuring process parameters during ongoing production
• Analysis and Resolution of Process Malfunctions and Molding Defects
• Quality control and documentation of the manufactured components
• Performing maintenance, repair, and cleaning tasks in accordance with specifications
• Ensuring a smooth production process

requirements

• Completed vocational training as a Process Technician in Plastics and Rubber Technology (m/f/d), a Plastics Molding Technician (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the field of injection molding
• Experience in setting up and operating injection molding machines
• Technical understanding and knowledge of process optimization
• A strong commitment to quality and exceptional problem-solving skills
• Independent and structured way of working
• Ability to work in a team, reliability and resilience
• Good written and spoken German
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Willingness to work a two-shift schedule (early and late shifts)
