Production Worker (m/f/d) in the Coating Department

We are looking for dedicated and reliable production workers (m/f/d) for a long-term assignment through a staffing agency.

Tasks

• Programming the system controller or process parameters 
• Set up the respective system in accordance with the specifications 
• Characterization of coated optics using standard measurement techniques (e.g., spectrophotometers) 
• Implementing new processes in collaboration with the Coating Development team
• Continuous monitoring of process parameters such as temperature, pressure, deposition rate, and plasma properties during the coating process 

requirements

• Completed vocational training as a precision optician (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), or equivalent 
• Basic knowledge of vacuum and coating technology
• Basic technical understanding
• Experience working with SAP (ERP system)
• Confident handling of MS Office 
• German spoken and written 
• Shift availability (currently 2 shifts; 3 shifts possible in the future)
