We are looking for several service advisors (m/f/d) for passenger cars or commercial vehicles to be hired directly by the company.

Tasks

• Customer support throughout all phases of the service process—from the initial consultation to vehicle return
• Active Marketing of Service and Repair Services
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and professional complaint management
• Proactively identifying customer needs and repair requirements
• Order and Schedule Tracking, Including Quality Control
• Invoicing, Invoice Review, and Explanation of Invoices
• Ensuring Customer Mobility

requirements

• Technical or business training with work experience in the automotive industry
• Certification as a Certified Automotive Service Advisor (m/f/d) or a willingness to obtain it
• In-depth knowledge of the market and industry
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset
• A strong team spirit, along with the ability and willingness to collaborate with other departments at the car dealership
